Judicial remand of PTI chairman extended till September 13 in cipher case
Chairman PTI has filed a petition through lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat, in which Secretary Law, Secretary Home, Chief Commissioner, IG Islamabad, DG FIA, Superintendent Adiala Jail and Superintendent Attock Jail have been made parties.
It should be noted that the judicial remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman in the cipher case has been extended till September 13. The hearing of this case was held today in Attock Jail.

The hearing of the cipher case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan will be held in Attock Jail today.
The Minister of Law has issued a notification for the hearing of the cipher case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
The disqualification of Chairman PTI remains, there will be a retrial, Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha
According to the Ministry of Law, the cipher case will be heard by Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain under the Secret Act.
According to the Law Ministry, the Home Ministry had expressed security concerns for the hearing of the cipher case, so the hearing will be held in Attock Jail. According to sources, the judicial remand of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the cipher case is being completed today.

Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf has challenged the issue of hearing the cipher case in Attock Jail in the Islamabad High Court.
The former prime minister has challenged the notification of the Ministry of Law to transfer the court to Attock Jail and requested that the notification is illegal and should be annulled.
The authority of the ATC judge to hear cases registered under the Official Secrets Act has also been challenged.
