Caretaker Prime Minister arrived in Uzbekistan on a 2-day official visit
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar arrived in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, on a 2-day official visit.
The prime minister will also hold bilateral meetings with the world leaders participating in the meeting in Tashkent.
America or any other country cannot pressure me: Caretaker Prime Minister
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has said that there is no pressure on me, America or any other country cannot put pressure on me.
While talking informally to the journalists, he said that I cannot show the video of the meeting and conversation with the American ambassador.
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar said that some matters are state secrets.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar was asked that the board took action on the poor performance of the Sri Lankan team, but the extension was given here?
He replied that we did not want any action to affect the performance of the cricket team, after 3 months the new government will come and they will look into the issue of the cricket board.

President Arif Alvi wrote a letter to Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar
President Dr. Arif Alvi has written a letter to Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar, in which he has been asked to consider the fundamental rights of Tehreek-e-Insaaf and concerns related to smooth political field.
In a statement issued from Islamabad, it was stated that along with the letter written to the Caretaker Prime Minister, the President has also sent the letter of Secretary General of PTI Umar Ayub.

In the letter, President Arif Alvi further said that it is very important for the caretaker government to provide a level playing field to all political parties.
He further wrote that your statements about providing equal rights and opportunities to political parties in the upcoming elections are a source of satisfaction. I am sure that democracy is the right way forward for the people and the state of Pakistan.
The President also wrote in the letter that public participation in political activities through free media is the spirit of expression and democracy.
Tehreek-e-Insaf asked Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar to explain the statement
President Arif Alvi wrote that there is agreement in the whole of Pakistan on free, fair and authentic elections, political parties and leaders have the right to participate in the elections, and the people have the right to elect them.
He said that the President as the head of the state is a symbol of the unity of the republic, under Article 41 of the Constitution, the President, the Prime Minister and all institutions are bound to protect the rights of the citizens.
Dr. Arif Alvi said that this is why I am sending you the letter containing the accusations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf. There was also a discussion in the media about the increasing cases of forced disappearances of people with political affiliations.
He said that such incidents are cause for concern as people's political affiliations and loyalties change, long detention of women political workers, re-arrests after court relief make matters more sensitive.
Who became caretaker prime minister when?
The President further said that under Article 4 of the Constitution it is the inalienable right of every citizen to be treated according to law, under Article 17 of the Constitution it is the right of every citizen to join or organize a political party.
He said that Article 19 of the Constitution gives every citizen the right to free press with freedom of expression, caretaker prime minister, being the head of the government, should consider these matters.
