Trade started between Pakistan and China under International Road Transport Rules.

For the first time, the cross-border delivery of goods under the International Road Transport Convention has begun, the first convoy of cargo trucks set off on its journey to Pakistan.
According to sources, the development took place on the 10th anniversary of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project.
The Chinese government has designated Kashgar and Khunjarab Trading and Service as a national logistics hub for 2023.
A ceremony was also held at Kashgar Yuanfang International Logistics Port Company for the launch of TIR service.
